PLEASE REVIEW THIS CONTRACT BEFORE YOU PAY.

PAYMENT: 

-Payment is due at the time of booking.

-Your session date is not booked until the payment is made, and my contract is signed. If your payment is not received within 24 hours, your invoice will be canceled and the date will be open to others.

-If you need more time to pay please let me know. 

PACKAGES:

All packages include the shooting time, my detailed fine art style editing to each photo, a web size digital image for sharing on social media, and the printing rights to all the final images. • Initials required

- Just the pup. 5 final images $100 (per pet) 

- Best Friends. One person with pets 10 final images $200

- Small Family Session. two people and Pets 15 final images $250

- Full Family all the people and all the Pets. 20 final images $300

** Additional images may be purchased prior to session. 

EDITING:

-Boise Pet Photography does digital fine art photography, which means each photo is carefully chosen to be edited. The editing on the photos is done in a digital art style, these are not snapshots. Editing can take hours for each image.  

-Humans can't be made to look different than they appear in real life. Simple touches like acne and will be touched up. My sessions are about your love for your pets, I am going to have you kissing them, laying with them, snuggling them. This is not a stylized shoot for humans, because we have pets, we really can't do pose and hold photos. If you are a type A person who is looking for perfection, this might not be for you.

-The photographer is not responsible for editing out your sunglasses, hair ties, phones in pockets, etc. Please be aware of these things before your session. 

-I can't add people who are not at the session into a photo. 

-I can't add dogs or cats that were not at the session into a photo, unless I have taken photos of that pet in the past, then I can add them.

-I can't edit photos that I did not take. 

-Any editing above my normal service will be an additional charge. Heavy editing can take an extremely long time and will be charged as such. 

-Please bring everything you need for your session, as it can't be added in at editing. 

-Please be mindful of what you are wearing, it is not easy to "just edit" it out if you have a black dog, do not wear white, the hair will show. so, If you are going to eat something like spaghetti before your session, and you are like me and always end up with food falling on you, maybe bring a change of clothes too. :)

-Customer to review my portfolio on my website and agrees to my editing style before the session. The time of year, and the lighting can impact the style so please review photos for the season you are scheduled for. 

- My editing style is always the same but the lighting and the season will change the way photos look. No two of my sessions will ever look the same. 

Photo Delivery

-Your final edited images will come over to you in a JPEG, High Resolution, download.  

-No raw images will be delivered and the final images are chosen by Boise Pet Photography. 

-The amount of images you receive is determined by the package you pay for. 

-Delivery time can be up to 4 weeks.

-You will not be handed any physical product from Boise Pet Photography. 

-You have 30 days to download those images from Pixieset. Please do it right away and order your photo prints ASAP.

-After 30 days there will be a $50 reload fee. After 12 months the images will no longer be available.

-These images are not stored by Boise Pet Photography,It is very important that you download them right away.  

- Reshoots will only be allowed with Boise Pet Photography’s approval or request. No refunds shall be granted. Once the images have been downloaded no reshoots will be permitted.  

CREATIVE AND COPYRIGHTS: The client may not use any photographs for commercial use. Examples include, but are not limited to, advertising, calendars, and contests. The client agrees to NEVER use the photos taken by Boise Pet Photography to sell any animal or for any breeding or stud services.

SESSION: Sessions will take place at a public park in the city of Boise. 

Boise pet photography will contact you before your session date to confirm your location. 

Customers and guests of customers may not use personal cameras, including cell phone cameras, at the session. 

CLIENT LIABILITY: The Client assumes all responsibility for their animal(s) including any destruction of personal property, private property, personal injury, or illegalities. Please inform Boise Pet Photography if you have a dog that needs to be in an area without other dogs at time of booking. You are responsible for your dog at all sessions. If you need a helper at your session, please bring one. 

All dogs can stay on a leash the entire time and those can be removed in editing.
